Yoga has been a huge part of my healing journey and it brings me great joy to share this practice with you.

In my classes, I weave together traditional yoga philosophy with devotion, Sanskrit chanting, breath awareness, invitational language, uplifting music, and robust sequencing. My goal is to inspire students to mindfully honor the present moment of their breath, body, and the natural connection to the elemental world in a joyful and supportive way, providing students with a heart-opening and refreshing experience. My classes are great for those who are looking for an opportunity to turn inward, be guided by their breath, and trust the inner wisdom of their body as they play and flow through well-rounded and robust asana practice.

 

I humbly bow down to the lotus feet of my teachers for offering the ancient teachings of yoga, while inspiring me to share them with all willing individuals.

CURRENT SCHEDULE

FLOW 2

This is a dynamic vinyasa class that is set to music, offering an array of postures and variations based on fundamental yoga poses. Each class focuses on proper alignment techniques with safe and intelligent sequencing progressions. Classes are set to 95 degrees with 40% humidity.

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm EST at YogaPod NW

SOMATIC AWAKENING

Somatic Awakening is a practice designed to help you awaken and align, by gently inviting you to explore your somatic edges. Helping you move through any areas of internal blocks, mental tension, somatic tightness, or emotional stagnation that may be stuck in your Body, Mind, Heart, or Spirit. “Somatic” comes from the root word “soma” meaning “body”. This practice is designed to help you awaken your relationship with your body. Weaving together Yin Yoga, Prema Breathwork, and Meditation, this class is designed to help you awaken somatically, providing insight into the different patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or behaviors that are no longer serving the evolution of your being.

Saturdays, 9-10:15am EST at Wildflowers Yoga

JIVAMUKTI YOGA

Jivamukti Yoga is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga, incorporating ethical and spiritual components. Jivamukti Yoga offers classical yoga teachings for one’s life, both on and off the mat. Each class is infused with inspiring teachings from ancient Yogic texts, chanting, inspirational music, breath awareness, dynamic sequencing, alignment exploration, relaxation, and meditation.

Every 2nd & 4th Saturday, 10:30-12pm EST at Wildflowers Yoga
